Excited to share ANC's 14th Crew Conference in Manila. This year’s event, themed Rightship Workshop: Requirements and Updates, took place at the Roberts Hall Center. We were thrilled to host 54 of our dedicated crew members, including both Deck and Engine Officers.
Over the six-day conference, our team presented essential insights into our Company’s Rightship compliance policies, covering its current impact on the maritime industry and how our crew can effectively prepare for upcoming onboard inspections.
Our participants showed keen interest and engagement throughout the sessions. Together, we explored new requirements and discussed practical strategies for implementing these on fleet vessels, ensuring our team remains always informed and prepared.
Looking forward, we plan to return to Manila in a few months for another Rightship Workshop to continue educating and updating our crew, reinforcing our commitment to top-tier compliance.
